Individual Counseling
Every person carries stories worth unpacking.

Why it matters
Life is one of the hardest things we do.
The thoughts that won't quiet down. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. The feeling that you're going through the motions but not really living. Or maybe things look fine on the outside — but something underneath feels heavy.
Who is this for
You don't need to be in crisis to come to therapy.
We work with adults across all walks of life. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or just feel like something is off —you're welcome here.
I feel anxious or overwhelmed and I don't know why
I keep repeating the same patterns in relationships or work
I've been through something hard and I haven't fully processed it
I feel disconnected — from myself, from others, from any sense of purpose
I look fine on the outside but I'm exhausted on the inside
I'm going through a major change and I don't know how to navigate it
I struggle with self-worth and the way I talk to myself

What to Expect
Here's what actually happens in Individual Counseling.
01
Your first session is about understanding — not fixing. Your therapist will hear both of your stories, begin building trust with each of you, and get a sense of the dynamic. No homework yet. Just honest conversation.
02
Sessions are 50–80 minutes, typically weekly. You'll work on real issues — communication, intimacy, trust, conflict — using specific tools your therapist teaches you. Progress isn't always linear, but it's real.
03
The real work happens outside the room. Your therapist will give you practices to try between sessions — small shifts in how you speak, listen, and show up for each other every day.
