The First Session

Your first group session is simply about showing up. You don't have to share deeply right away. Your therapist will introduce the group, establish safety and trust, and give everyone space to settle in. You'll leave knowing you belong here.

Ongoing Sessions
Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are 75–90 minutes, typically weekly. Each session is different — sometimes structured, sometimes open. You'll work through real things, hear real stories, and begin to experience

Between Sessions
Between Sessions

What happens in the group doesn't stay only in the room. You'll carry new awareness into your daily relationships — noticing old patterns, trying new responses, and slowly becoming more present with the people in your life.
