Child & Teen Counselling
Being a teenager is genuinely one of the hardest things.

You're not falling
Parenting a struggling child is one of the hardest things you'll do.
The meltdowns that come out of nowhere. The withdrawal from things they used to love. The feeling that something is wrong but you can't quite name it. Or maybe things seem manageable on the outside — but you know your child is carrying something they don't have words for yet.
Who is this for?
Child therapy isn't just for kids with big problems.
It's for any child who's carrying something they don't have words for yet. Here's what brings most families through our door:
My child has meltdowns I don't know how to handle
Something happened and my child hasn't been the same since
My child is anxious, clingy, or withdrawing from things they used to love
We went through a family change and it hit them harder than expected
My child is struggling socially — friendships feel really hard for them
They're acting out at home or at school and I don't know why
My child experienced something traumatic and needs a safe place to process it

What to expect
Here's what actually happens in Teens & Child therapy.
01
The first session is just for your child to feel safe. There's no pressure to talk about anything difficult right away. Your therapist will meet them where they are — through play, creativity, and gentle conversation
02
Sessions are 45–50 minutes, typically weekly. Your child will work through their inner world in ways that feel natural to them — through play, art, and storytelling.
03
Healing doesn't pause when the session ends. Your therapist will share simple things you can do at home to reinforce the work — small shifts in how you respond, connect, and create safety for your child in everyday moments.
