Sessions are immersive and structured — a blend of teaching, guided reflection, and small group work. You'll move through real material at a pace that allows for depth, not just information. Something will shift. That's the point.

Between Sessions
Between Sessions

The experience doesn't end when you leave the room. You'll receive integration materials to help you carry the work forward — and optional follow-up sessions with a therapist if something significant surfaced that you want to continue exploring.
